At Northern Saints Academy, our values are inspired by the faith and example of the Northern Saints. Their lives continue to guide us as we grow in learning, character, and faith.

Compassion – St. Hilda
St. Hilda was known for her kindness, generosity, and care for others. Her leadership created communities built on love and understanding. At our academy, we follow her example by showing compassion to everyone, valuing friendship, and supporting one another in times of need.

Courage – St. Oswald
King Oswald’s bravery and strong faith gave hope and protection to his people. His courage reminds us to face challenges with confidence and perseverance. At Northern Saints Academy, we encourage our pupils to be bold in learning, resilient in difficulties, and strong in faith.

Respect – St. Cuthbert
St. Cuthbert showed deep respect for creation and for the people he served, living a life of humility and care. His example inspires us to respect ourselves, others, and the world around us. In our academy, respect is at the heart of how we learn, play, and grow together.

Wisdom – St. Bede
St. Bede devoted his life to learning and teaching, earning the title “Father of English History.” His pursuit of knowledge with faith inspires us to value wisdom. At Northern Saints Academy, we seek understanding, use our gifts wisely, and apply learning to serve others.
